Airtel’s online self care portal service was only available to Airtel postpaid customers and digital TV subscribers so far. However, Airtel has expanded the service to include prepaid users as well to this service. The online self care portal will let Airtel prepaid users manage their account, do recharges, view last five recharges, track the status of their requests, activate/Deactivate value added services etc. Users can head to this page to activate the service.
