India’s leading mobile operator Airtel has announced an interesting yet very easy to participate competition. All you have to do is download hello tunes from Airtel’s wide variety of tunes collection. The more you download, higher are your chances of winning. The contest is open to both its Prepaid and postpaid users in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Airtel is calling it the ‘Win a Chevrolet Spark’ contest and it runs till 15th September 2011. The customer who has downloaded the highest number of hello tunes by then gets to drive home a brand new Chevrolet Spark.
To take part, just dial 57878 or 578781 from your Airtel number and pick a tune you like. Each hello tune subscription costs Rs.15 and then there is Rs.30 as monthly charges for the service. So no, its not free, and if you are planning to download a few hundred tunes just to get your hands on the car, do the maths first!!
