Sony is rolling out the Android 4.2.2 update for its Tablet Z devices. Please note that currently the update is rolling out only for the LTE version i.e. the models with SGP 321 as their model number. The other variant with model number SGP 312 will get the update later. The current update with version number 10.3.1.A.0.244 brings all the new features in Android 4.2 along with a slightly changed UI to the tablet.
