Anyway, the 32GB has finally shown up on the Samsung eStore in India at Rs 41,500. It comes in Pebble Blue and Marble White, same two colours as the 16GB. When we checked, the listing said not in stock, so Samsung seems to have put the page up just ahead of the stock landing.
Now about the price. The 16GB was launched here on May 31st at Rs 43,180 MRP and has since settled at around Rs 38,400 in the market. So the 32GB is actually cheaper than what the 16GB launched at, and only about three thousand more than the 16GB costs today. Double the memory for that, not bad if youve been holding out.
And if you were wondering about the 64GB, Samsung has said its coming in the second half of this year but only for some regions, so we cant say yet whether India is on that list. The SIII crossed 10 million units sold last week, so theyve got bigger things going on. Stay tuned.
