It wasn’t long ago since Nokia E6 went online for pre-order in India. Today, Nokia has released the Nokia X7 to the market today and its available for Rs 21,999. The 4 inch AMOLED screen with its sexy design won’t let you take your eyes off it. Nokia X7 comes with Symbian^3 OS on board, but its the new Symbian Anna version, so you get the faster browser, improved text input and the updated Ovi Maps right out of the box.
Other than the screen, you get an 8MP camera with dual LED flash and 720p video recording, stereo speakers, Gorilla glass on the front and an 8GB memory card in the box which you can bump upto 32GB. Galaxy on Fire HD and Asphalt 5 HD come preloaded too. The camera is EDoF though, so dont expect N8 level pictures from it.
The pricing is the nice surprise here. Going by the 380 Euro tag, we were expecting something around Rs 26,000, so 21,999 puts it right next to the N8 which is going for around Rs 21,000 now. So its the bigger screen or the better camera, take your pick!! The X7 has already been spotted at Nokia Priority dealers, so if you were planning to grab one, head over to your nearest one. Stay tuned for our hands on.
