We are hoping to see dual camera, dual processor and possibly the retina display as seen in the iPhone 4.
The event is on Wednesday, March 2 at 10 am at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. The invite says “Come see what 2011 will be the year of” and the picture is the iOS calendar icon showing March 2, with the page peeling away to show an iPad underneath. March 2, iPad 2. See what they did there ?? Nice one Apple.

Reports so far point to a faster processor, a FaceTime camera and a thinner, lighter body, though AppleInsider says the screen may not get the higher pixel density.
