Everything published here is written by Sajin Seethi unless a post carries a different byline. MyMobileScoop has been publishing, on and off, since 2009.
How reviews work
A review is written after using the device as a daily phone, not after a hands-on session. Where that is not possible, the post says what the verdict is based on.
Every review states a verdict: who should buy it, and who should not.
Measurements, timings and prices in a review are from my own testing unless attributed to someone else. Where a figure comes from the manufacturer, it is described as the manufacturer’s figure.
Prices
Prices go out of date. Any price quoted carries the date it was checked. If you are reading an old post, verify before you buy.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell me at hello@mymobilescoop.com and I will correct it. Corrections are made in the post itself with a note saying what changed and when. Posts are not silently edited to fix errors of fact.
Use of AI
Posts are written by me. AI tools may be used for research, editing and proofreading, in the same way a spellchecker is. No post is published as AI-generated text.
The archive
This site ran from 2009 to around 2013 and again briefly to 2017, then went offline and the original content was lost. In 2026 the archive was rebuilt from public web archives. Some of those posts were reassembled from partial captures and may differ in small ways from what was originally published. Original publication dates have been preserved.
Archive posts are kept as a record. They are not maintained, the information in them is old, and most are excluded from search engines for that reason.
Independence
