Multitasking and custom wallpapers need atleast a 3GS or a 3rd gen touch.
Apple is counting over 100 new features plus 1500 new APIs for developers. The ones you’ll play with first are multitasking, folders (drag one app on top of another and it names the folder for you), a better Mail, deeper enterprise support and the new iAd platform. The build is 8A293, same as the Gold Master developers got.
