Reliance Offers iPhone 5s & 5c For Free With Unlimited Calls, SMS & 3G For Rs 2999pm
iPhone 5s & 5c are launching in India today. Apple has been selling iPhones without any contract so far through carriers. And this time its not different either, except for Reliance who has decided to sell iPhones on contract. You heard that right. You can pay a fixed amount monthly and you can enjoy a brand new iPhone 5s or 5c with unlimited calls, sms and 3G data(No FUP). A reporter from telecomtalk has also made a table detailing the tariff.
The tariff looks really impressive. An unlimited 3G plan itself will cost Rs 2000-2500 because at the moment 10GB 3G plans are priced around Rs 1500. That aside, you get local and national calls and sms unlimited. So this looks like an amazing offer from any direction. If you really want to do the math, Rs 3000 a month for 24 months sums up to Rs 72000. An iPhone 5s 16GB costs Rs 53,500/-. That’s Rs 18,500 after deducting the device cost. That comes down to Rs 770/- a month.
Now visit any carrier’s website and see if you can get an unlimited 3G plan for Rs 770, let alone the unlimited calls and sms. Before Reliance comes back to sense, I recommend you all buy your iPhone 5c and 5s asap.
